Can I cancel my order?
It is not possible to cancel or modify an order once processed; you must wait for it to arrive at the destination and then proceed with a return.
Can I apply a discount coupon to any item on the website?
No, coupons are applicable to models or products without discount.
How much does shipping cost?
- Mainland Spain and Portugal €2.95-4.50 and free from €100/120.
- Balearic Islands €5.95-6.95
- Canary Islands from €24.95
- France FREE
- Rest of Europe €9.95
How long will it take to receive my order?
When you make a purchase in Spain (Mainland), you will receive your package within 24h-72h on business days. International: 2-5 business days. Some items may have other shipping conditions, in which case it will always be indicated on the product page.
During high order volume periods at Popa, which runs from 06/01 to 07/31 of any season, orders may be delayed by 5-7 business days.
What is your return policy?
If you want to make a return in mainland Spain, you must follow the instructions on our portal, it is very simple. We leave you the direct link HERE
How should I prepare my package for the return?
RETURN: On your part, you must deliver the item to be returned in its original box and print the label we sent you by email to give to the courier. We recommend it is always protected with wrapping.
I have received my POPA and want to exchange them for another size or another item. How should I proceed?

Which company is responsible for delivering my Popa?
Our shipping companies are: ENVIALIA (For mainland Spain), CORREOS EXPRESS (Canary and Balearic Islands) and COLISSIMO and UPS for international shipments.
¡I want to collaborate with Popa! What should I do?
Thank you for your interest in POPA. Send an email to colaboraciones@popabrand.com with your proposal. The corresponding department will analyze it and if it is of interest they will contact you.
Are you going to restock the sold-out models soon?
You can enter the sold-out model, enter your email, and when they become available again we will notify you automatically by email.
It doesn't matter the order in which you entered your email, we will notify all subscribers at the same time. So hurry to buy the model if you receive the email because many people are usually waiting for it, and it may run out again in a few minutes.
Can I apply a discount coupon to an already discounted product?
No, discount coupons are not applicable to already discounted products nor can they be combined with other promotions.
Do my Popa have a warranty?
All our items have a warranty under the terms and periods established by the manufacturer. The warranty will comply with the current Spanish laws and the validity period will be one year. They are also entitled to the legal conformity warranty for a period of two years “Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 25 May 1999”
The warranty will not be valid in the following cases:
- Damage caused by any external cause to the footwear.
- If there is no purchase certificate and/or invoice
- If the product has been handled by an external person and/or company.
If I buy a product on the website, can I return it in the physical store or at a brand point of sale?
Online purchase returns are not accepted at physical points of sale. POPA will only accept returns that have followed the procedure established through the website.
Can I go to POPA with brand products bought on another platform?
No, our brand only covers products purchased through our website: https://www.popabrand.com
If the product has not been purchased on our website, you must go to the platform where you made the purchase.
