Refund policy

  • Return request form: You have 30 days from delivery to fill out your return request. Once you make the return request on our website as indicated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and an SMS with the day of collection, later it will arrive at the Popa offices and we proceed to the refund. Once you receive the reimbursement invoice, the payment will be reflected in the account between 5 and 10 business days. Returns are made with home collections, we do not have enabled returns at the delivery point.
  • The cost of the refund is €3.95 for Spain Peninsula and Portugal. At the time of refunding the product, the amount of the order will be refunded minus the previously indicated return costs (-€3.95). Shipping costs will be reimbursed.
  • refunds for Balearic Islands and France, will have a cost of €9.95 which, as in the Peninsula, will be charged/subtracted from the refund of the product. Shipping costs will be reimbursed.
  • returns/exchanges are not available for Canary Islands or Rest of the EU. Contact our ATC service to proceed with the return and we will indicate the steps to follow.
  • Changes in size and/or article. To make a size/model change for free, you can select the STORE CREDIT option in the return request (, the order will be returned in a gift card. If you choose this option, the courier will also collect the item to be returned at the requested address and once it is delivered to our warehouses, you will receive an email with the number of your gift card to use in your new purchase, the amount of the card it will be the equivalent of your initial purchase*. If the customer chooses Store Credit to place a new order and it is finally returned, the gift card will be generated again.
  • *If the Store Credit is for an order from Spain Peninsula or Portugal, the gift card will have the same amount as the initial purchase.
  • *If the Shop Credit is for an order from Balearic Islands or France, the gift card will have the same amount as the initial purchase -€5.
    • For customized products, returns are not allowed.
    • Under no circumstances will a return or exchange of the product(s) handled externally to Popa be accepted.
    • If the contracted shipment is a special shipment (10H, Saturday delivery) it is NOT returned even if the order is returned.
