Can I cancel my order?
It is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been processed; you must wait for it to arrive at the destination and then proceed with a return.
Can I apply a discount coupon to any item on the website?
No, the coupons are applicable to products priced over €50.
How much do the shipping costs cost?
- Spain Peninsula and Portugal 2.95-4.50€ and free from 100/120€.
- Balearic Islands 5.95-6.95€
- Canary Islands from 24.95€

- Resto Europe 9.95€
How long will it take to receive my order?
When you make a purchase in Spain (Mainland), you will receive your package within a period of 24h-72h on business days. International: 2-5 business days. Some items may have different shipping conditions; in this case, it will always be indicated on the product sheet.
What is your return policy?
If you wish to make a return in the Spanish Peninsula, you must follow the instructions on our portal, it is very simple. Here is the direct link HERE.
How should I prepare my package for return?
RETURN: On your part, you need to return the item in its original box and print the label we sent you by e-mail to give it to the courier. We recommend that it is always protected with wrapping.
I have received my POPA and I want to exchange them for another size or for another item. How should I manage this?

Which company is responsible for delivering my Popa?
Our transport companies are: ENVIALIA (for mainland Spain), CORREOS EXPRESS (Canary Islands and Balearic Islands), and COLISSIMO and UPS for international shipments.
¡I want to collaborate with Popa! What should I do?
Thank you for your interest in POPA. Send an email to colaboraciones@popabrand.com with your proposal. The relevant department will review it, and if it is of interest, they will get in touch with you.
Are you going to restock the sold-out models soon?
You can enter the sold-out model, enter your email address, and when they become available again, we will notify you by email automatically.
It doesn't matter the order in which you entered your email address, we will notify all subscribers at the same time. So hurry up and buy the model if you receive the email because there are usually many people waiting for it, and it may sell out again in a few minutes.
Can I apply a discount coupon to an already discounted product?
No, discount coupons are not applicable to already discounted products nor can they be combined with other promotions.
Do my Popa have a warranty?
All our items come with a warranty under the terms and conditions established by the manufacturer. The warranty will be in accordance with the current Spanish laws and the validity period will be one year. You are also covered by the legal warranty of conformity for a period of two years "Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 25, 1999".
The warranty will not be valid in the following cases:
- Damage caused by any external cause to the footwear.
- If no certificate and/or purchase invoice is available
- If the product has been handled by an external person and/or company.
If I buy a product on the website, can I return it at the physical store or at a brand point of sale?
Online purchase returns are not accepted at physical sales points. POPA will only accept returns that have followed the established procedure through the website.
Can I address POPA with products of the brand purchased on another platform?
No, our brand only takes responsibility for products purchased through our website: https://www.popabrand.com
If the product was not purchased on our website, you must go to the platform where you made the purchase.
