1. Object of the Promotion

The execution of the advance payment or the practice of the applicable withholding of the Personal Income Tax (hereinafter IRPF).  

In accordance with the aforementioned regulations, participants in this promotion are informed that the prizes awarded for participation in games, contests, raffles, lotteries, or random combinations linked to the sale or promotion of goods or services are subject to withholding or income tax on account of IRPF, provided that the value of the prize (including Value Added Tax) exceeds 600 Euros.

The execution of the advance payment or the practice of the applicable withholding of the Personal Income Tax (hereinafter IRPF).

3. ¿WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

4. AWARDS

Once the winning reel is chosen, Popa Brand will contact the awarded person through their social media profile. In the event that the winners cannot be contacted within five days, the jury may select the semifinalists in both cases, and if they cannot contact these second individuals within five days, that prize will remain unawarded..

5. 5. JURY AND EVALUATION CRITERIA

- The jury will be composed of the Marketing, Design, and Photography team.

- The following aspects will be taken into account:

• The videos must be original, unpublished, and owned by the author of the account.
• Offensive videos or those that violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed.
• The overall appeal of the video will be assessed, both in form and content, taking into account aspects such as its originality, creativity, clarity, and interest of the message.

- The jury is responsible for the interpretation of these rules, as well as for resolving any unforeseen incidents not provided for in them.

- The jury reserves the right to declare any of the prizes void in the event that there are not enough participants, or that the theme and/or quality of the reels do not meet the objectives of the contest.

- The jury's decision will be final.

6. SELECTION OF WINNING REELS.

    The deadline for submitting videos ends on May 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM. Once the deadline has passed, the jury will be responsible for deciding the winning reels according to the indicated criteria.

    The jury's verdict will be announced on June 5, 2023, through the social media of @popa_es.   

 Popa Brand (@popa_es) will tag the winning store/persons and will contact them to manage the prize.

    If any of the individuals who do not meet the participation requirements wins, they will lose their right to claim the prize won.

7. ACCEPTANCE OF THE COMPETITION TERMS.
