La gestión necesita mejorar.

El producto me encanta. Al recibir el justificante de pago/pedido me di cuenta de que había cometido un error en la talla. Solicité el cambio inmediatamente. Recibí un mensaje en el que me comunicaban que se había realizado el cambio. Varios días después recibí mensaje en que me decían que se había cancelado el pedido por falta de existencias y que se procedería al reembolso. Durante varios días comprobé que la talla solicitada estaba disponible. La volví a comprar. Deberían habilitar un sistema de cambios.
