Cuidado del producto en el envío

En su web para las devoluciones hacen hincapié en que se debe proteger la caja del producto de forma adecuada porque no debe llegar dañada y es responsabilidad del comprador. Resulta contradictorio, puesto que ustedes no cuidan este aspecto o no se aseguran de que lo haga la empresa de entrega (GLS). La caja de los botines me llegó dañada, venía dentro únicamente de una bolsa de plástico (otras casas de calzado incluyen la caja del producto en un envoltorio acolchado o caja más grande para evitar este tipo de desperfecto). El producto es caro como para que no se cuide la entrega. Nota: todo el calzado que les he comprado me ha llegado con la caja dañada.
