GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE POPA SOCIETY AMBASSADORS PROGRAM

Why join the Popa Society ambassador program?

You will earn money from the first sale made with your custom code or link. With each use you will accumulate 5% of the sales generated.

How does the ambassador program work?

From your private area, you will be able to have a personalized link so that you can spread it around you (such as, for example, through social networks, on WhatsApp, on your blog, to your acquaintances...) You can find said link by clicking Click on the “My data” section and then click on “Ambassador Program”.

You will receive 5% of the net commissions generated by each sale through your link or code in your ambassador account. When the balance of your ambassador account exceeds €25, you can request the transfer of the amount you have accumulated via email to ambassadoras@popabrand.com.

LEGAL CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in our ambassador program. Before you begin, you need to make sure you read and know all the details of our ambassador agreement.

Tax conditions:

Settlements: Once the accumulated amount is requested, and always being greater than €25, payment will be made from the 1st to the 5th of the month following your request. Request to: ambassadoras@popabrand.com

General conditions:

Next, we will detail a certain list of conditions that each ambassador must agree to comply with to guarantee the proper use of the program:

Ambassadors should not bid on ad auctions of any kind for the keywords “Popa” and/or “Popa Brand” or similar.
Ambassadors must not publish their ambassador link on pages related to gambling, pornography, animal abuse or any page with inappropriate content or that goes against human and animal rights.
Ambassadors should not register and/or use domains with the word “Popa” or any similar word.
Ambassadors will always have to know the conditions indicated here and their possible updates.

Custom links:

Each banner that will be delivered to each ambassador will carry a link to the Popa website with personalized utms that will allow the correct tracking of each ambassador's commissions.
A duration of 30 days will be established. That is, if an ambassador refers a user to the We Popa website and the user makes the purchase of a product within a maximum period of 30 days, the ambassador will then receive the corresponding commission.
The basis of attribution of the purchase will always be “last click”, other “assisted conversions” will not be accepted.

Responsibility for the link:

The ambassador is responsible for ensuring that his/her personalized links work at all times and will also be directly responsible for the use made of them.

Commission payments:

The minimum amount to request payment through PayPal is €25. To request payment withdrawal via GIFT CARD or DISCOUNT CODE on the website, there is no minimum amount.
Payments will be made on the 10th and/or 25th of each month to those ambassadors who have accumulated an amount equal to or greater than €25.
Payments can be made through Paypal.
The commission for each sale will be 5%.
Payment must always be requested in advance by email: ambassadoras@popabrand.com

End of ambassador agreement:

Any affiliate who fails to comply with the rules mentioned in this agreement and/or makes inappropriate use of the link may be expelled from the ambassador program unilaterally by Popa.
